Plan the destination, then build the evidence

This is an appointment-led short-stay application. The itinerary determines the correct consulate, followed by a document file and biometrics.

Spain should be supported as the genuine main destination through dates, accommodation and funding.

01

Main destination

Confirm where you will spend the most time and the genuine purpose of the trip.

02

Jurisdiction

Use the application centre responsible for your Indian place of residence.

03

90 / 180 rule

The permitted stay is measured across the Schengen area, not separately by country.

Your route, understood

Begin with the right visa story

Indian passport holders generally need a Schengen short-stay visa for Spain. The itinerary, accommodation, finances and purpose of travel should consistently support Spain as the main destination.

Government, centre, courier and optional service fees vary. Visa Priority provides a written breakdown before paid work begins.

Practical risk checks

Consistency strengthens a file

No consultant can guarantee approval. A careful review can, however, identify avoidable gaps before submission.

CHECK 01

Conflicting dates

Forms, bookings, leave and insurance should support the same travel window.

CHECK 02

Unclear purpose

The itinerary and supporting evidence should explain a credible, specific trip.

CHECK 03

Weak financial trail

Funds should be sufficient, explainable and consistent with the applicant’s profile.

CHECK 04

Missing return ties

Employment, business, family and other commitments may help establish reasons to return.
