Privacy Policy

Visa applications involve sensitive personal documents. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, who we share it with and how you can control it.

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. Information we collect

Depending on the service you request, we may collect:

  • Contact details — name, phone number, email address and city
  • Travel details — destination, purpose of travel, intended dates and traveller count
  • Application documents — passport copies, photographs, identity and address proof, bank statements, income tax returns, salary slips, invitation letters and supporting papers
  • Enquiry content — messages you send through our contact form, chat assistant, WhatsApp or email
  • Basic website data — pages visited, device and browser type, and similar analytics information

2. Why we use it

  • To assess eligibility and advise you on the right visa category
  • To prepare, complete and submit your application and book appointments
  • To arrange flights, hotels, packages, insurance and transfers you request
  • To respond to enquiries and follow up on an open file
  • To send service updates, quotations and receipts
  • To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary to deliver the service you asked for:

  • Embassies, consulates and high commissions handling your application
  • Submission partners such as VFS Global, BLS International and similar centres
  • Passport authorities where passport services are engaged
  • Airlines, hotels, tour operators and insurers for bookings you approve
  • Service providers who run our email, storage and website infrastructure under confidentiality obligations

4. What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your documents with anyone other than the parties listed above, and we do not use your documents for any purpose beyond the service you engaged us for.

5. Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses essential cookies to function and basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.

6. Storage, security and retention

Enquiries and client records are stored in access-controlled systems, and physical documents are kept securely at our office and returned or destroyed once your file closes.

We keep records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or destroyed.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete records we are not legally required to keep, or stop sending you marketing messages.

Write to info@visapriority.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days.

8. Children

We handle minors' documents only as part of a family application submitted by a parent or legal guardian, and only with their consent.

9. Third-party links

Our guides link to embassy, VFS and airline websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.

10. Contact

For any privacy question or data request, contact Visa Priority at G-26, RG Trade Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi 110034, or email info@visapriority.co.in.
