Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how Visa Priority works with you, what our fees cover and what they do not. By enquiring with us, sharing documents or engaging any of our services, you accept the terms below.

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. Who we are

Visa Priority is a privately owned travel and visa documentation consultancy operating from G-26, RG Trade Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi 110034.

We are an independent service provider. We are not an embassy, consulate, high commission, government department, passport authority, VFS Global or BLS International centre, and we are not authorised to grant, refuse or influence any visa or passport decision.

2. Services we provide

Depending on what you engage us for, our work may include:

  • Visa documentation review, form preparation, filing assistance and appointment support
  • Passport services — fresh applications, re-issue, tatkal, corrections and verification guidance
  • Flight and hotel bookings, including visa-ready itineraries and vouchers
  • International holiday packages, transfers and sightseeing arrangements
  • Travel insurance issuance and forex guidance

3. Our fee and third-party charges

We charge a professional service fee for the work we do. This fee is separate from, and in addition to, any amount payable to a third party.

Embassy, consulate, VFS/BLS, passport authority, airline, hotel, insurer and payment gateway charges are collected by those parties at actuals. We may facilitate payment of these amounts on your behalf, but we do not hold, control or profit from them.

Prices shown on the website are indicative starting points. A written quotation is shared before work begins, and that quotation governs your engagement.

4. No guarantee of approval

The decision on any visa or passport application rests solely with the concerned embassy, consulate or government authority. No consultant can guarantee approval, and we never promise one.

Our fee is charged for the professional work performed — assessment, documentation, drafting, filing and follow-up — and is payable irrespective of the outcome of the application.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide information and documents that are true, complete, current and genuine, and to inform us promptly of any change in your travel plans, contact details or circumstances.

  • We will not prepare, endorse or submit forged, altered or misleading documents under any circumstances
  • If we find such material in a file, we will stop work immediately and no fee will be refunded
  • Delays or refusals caused by incorrect or withheld information are the client's responsibility

6. Timelines and appointments

Processing times, appointment availability and slot release schedules are controlled entirely by embassies, consulates and their outsourced partners. Any timeline we share is an estimate based on recent experience, not a commitment.

We are not liable for missed travel dates, non-refundable bookings or losses arising from delays, slot unavailability, system downtime, strikes, policy changes or any other cause outside our control.

7. Travel bookings made for your file

Flights, hotels, packages and insurance arranged through us are supplied by airlines, hotels, tour operators and insurers, and are subject to their own terms, fare rules and cancellation policies.

We act as a facilitator for these bookings. Any claim relating to the service delivered by a supplier must be pursued with that supplier, though we will assist you in doing so.

8. Communication

We correspond with you by phone, WhatsApp and email. Instructions, approvals and confirmations sent from your registered number or email address are treated as authorised by you.

Please keep your contact details current — we are not responsible for consequences arising from messages sent to an outdated number or address.

9. Payments

Service fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Work begins once payment and the required documents are received.

Where applicable taxes are levied, they are charged in addition to the quoted fee.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the professional service fee you paid us for that specific service.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of travel, income, opportunity or enjoyment.

11. Intellectual property

The Visa Priority name, logo, website design, country guides, checklists and written content are our property and may not be copied, republished or reused without written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or the regulatory environment change. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the date at the top is updated accordingly.
